We strive to ship your order out the same day it is placed if we receive it by 2pm central time. Depending on your location your package should arrive in 1-3 business days. We do ship out Monday thru Friday at this time. We do not ship orders on holidays.
USPS Priority Mail Express Shipping is available if you call in your order and make the request at 940-549-1150. Depending on your location it should arrive in 1-2 business days.
Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to your destination will be reshipped our once USPS determines it cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments if your address is incorrect. If a package is returned back to us as undeliverable we are happy to reship at the customers expense. If a package has shown as delivered by the carrier, it is your responsibility to file the claim with the post office.
